Are you considering selling your home? Do you want to get the best value possible? Pictures speak a thousand words and RSI suggests that you contact us BEFORE contacting a realtor or at the very least, BEFORE your realtor arranges pictures.

We provide several different options depending on your budget:

Package A:

Our staging consultant provides a 1.5 hour consultation and report of what you as the homeowner should do to stage your home. This report may indicate suggestions on paint color, flooring, furniture and accessories.

Package B:

This will include package A, along with the staging consultant to return to your home for an on site visit to assist you with the suggestions provided in the initial report.  This will be a maximum of 4 hours.

Package C:

This package includes both A & B along with being the liaison between the staging consultant and contractor needed to fulfill any requirements needed in the home.

RSI has relationships with contractors and realtors to further assist in the home selling process.
